INDX uses Webmoney authorisation. You don't need to enter your login and password, just launch your Keeper. Also E-num authorisation is possible.
No it can not be changed.
Normally you will see the message with the details why the funds can not be withdrawn. Most probably:
- You are trying to withdraw funds that are blocked to guarantee your orders. Delete orders and try again.
- You have outstanding debts (margin level is less than 100%). Repay all debts and try again.
INDX deletes the order from the order book by default when you edit it. You can change it in the settings. If the option «don’t remove the order when editing» is enabled, the order will stay in the order book till the Trader confirms changes. After that the old order will be deleted, and a new one added.
No the executed transaction can not be cancelled. Please be careful when submitting orders.
The debt will be deducted from your account automatically once the required funds accumulated. To repay the money debt sell some of your notes (o top up your account). To repay the note debt buy the similar note.
Not all INDX tools support the trade on credit. Besides there are limits on the amount of given credits. See here for more details INDX Rules.

Most probably you open the book to see all orders, not just the first ten orders. In this case the automated update is disabled. To renew the page press F5.
The price of portfolio is updated every 10 minutes. To update the portfolio click on the price.
Dividends will be paid out in accordance with the rules of the Emitter. In particular Gazprom makes the decision on the pay out of dividends on the shareholder meeting. Dividends will be paid out to those who hold notes at the day of the shareholder meeting. See here for more details The Rules.
